Dan R. Snuffer, Jr.
Dan R. Snuffer was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. In 1999,
he graduated from West Virginia University, receiving a Bachelor of Science
degree with honors in finance (summa cum laude). He then attended West
Virginia University's College of Law, from which he graduated with
a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. Immediately upon graduating from law
school, he moved to Wheeling, West Virginia, where he served as a judicial
law clerk with the Honorable Martin J. Gaughan in the First Judicial Circuit
of West Virginia.
Practicing in Charleston, Mr. Snuffer has experience litigating a wide
variety of cases involving claims of negligence, product liability, auto
accidents, deliberate intent/workplace injuries. He vigorously represents
the families of workers who have been seriously injured or killed by the
wrongful acts and negligence of others. Mr. Snuffer is admitted to the
West Virginia State Bar. He is a member of the West Virginia Association
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Snuffer is an outdoor enthusiast, with
personal interests that include fishing, camping, and hiking. Mr. Snuffer
also enjoys volunteering his time with the Upper Glade Creek Flat Top
Lake Area Conservation Club.
